I hate wearing gauntlets when I'm commuting. It makes it worse cause my jacket has bigger sleeves so the gauntlets have to go underneath.

I have these gloves and love them. They breath really well and have good protection.

edit: looks like they dont have lady specific sizing. I wear a large in them and I normally wear xl in gauntlets

Thank you! I wear my gauntlets when I'm doing some hard core riding, but I just don't care to wear gauntlets when I'm commuting or if I'm riding as a passenger (which doesn't happen very often anymore). I know gauntlet gloves are generally better and going to have more protection, but if I can find a short cuff glove with decent protection, I'd much rather weather that when commuting.

And I'm a girl...I like to have options when it comes to my gear!

The hubby got me these gloves for our annivesary. I haven't had a chance to wear them while riding yet, but just trying them on I love the way the feel. They are very comfortable and padded in just the right areas. After having worn nothing but gauntlet gloves for a little over a year, it felt a little weird having on a short cuffed glove, but I think I'm really going to like them. I will probably wear them a good bit on our trip this weekend and will post up a full review once we get back!
