Uhm....Tammy....I know yours wasn't on the list posted there, but just got this off another forum..."For those of you that don't already know, Suzuki has put out a Service Bulletin on all 2007-2010 GSXR 600/750's for a defective Regulator\Rectifier. Down side is that Suzuki hasn't put out the new replacement parts yet" That would include yours, right?

This is a known problem in Triumphs as well. Husband has less than 100 miles on his and his died last weekend. Had to hook up the trailer and go pick him up off the side of the road!

I just called DMS service dept and gave them my VIN and my bike doesn't qualify.

Also, I talked to Chris and he told me this issue stems from a batch of reg/recs Suzuki got from an alternate source that were no good. These would be production line parts only, not replacement parts, so I don't need to worry about the new one I got last year either.
