Never had any experience with that one. I like the idea that you can fit a helmet inside. That might be handy in a couple situations. It has a few exterior pockets which is nice.

I'm just not a fan of the bungee cord anchors. All the bags I've used have straps that can be adjusted and cinched down snug. Bungees might work ok, just don't know for sure. Depends where you can attach the hooks to and if you can get enough tension on the cords. One thing I hate is a tail bag that is sliding around on the back seat.

I don't really like the bungee cords either. Would be nice if there was a strap that went under the seat.

Other than that, I like it.

This one looks interesting: Dowco Fastrax Sport and Adventure Tail Bag - - Motorcycle Superstore

Mounts with straps that secure to frame or passenger footpegs (which I don't have, but may be able to find something to strap it to). Doesn't look big enough to hold a helmet, but I can't think if a situation where I would want to carry a helmet in the tailbag.

If I wanted to go overboard, I could go this route:

Tourmaster Cortech Sport Motorcycle Tail Bags

That is the tailbag that I have, Tams. I just don't have the saddlebags that go with it. Scott has them though.

Overboard?!?! I looked at those bags when I was in the market for some but decided they were to small for me.

I've got friends that have that set up and are prettty happy with them.

So what are you looking for a tailbag for? When or how are you going to be using it? Just extra storage for an all day trip or something else?

This is similar to the one I've got...they don't make mine anymore:
Oxford Products

I'm really happy with mine. It has a velcro strap that runs under the seat which makes it very secure. Zipping it off the base allows you to wear it like a backpack.

I like that one^ Might be an option.

I borrowed Lauren's Cortech saddlebags and tailpack (apparently the same one you have Jenn) and there's no way to attach it securely to my bike. I don't have passenger footpegs, and the straps aren't long enough to reach up to the frame. The tailpack has absolutely no way to attach without the saddlebags (besides bungee cords).

This is going to be harder than I thought.
