There are drivers that can have their hands at 10 and 2 and pay 100% of their intention on driving with the radio off etc. and still sux ass at it. And there are those that can still multitask at a few things and never have a problem. Like most laws a ban would only help apply to the worst drivers on the road. BUT if I were hit by anyone in the cage or the bike I would have my lawyer(if needed) have the offenders cell phone records checked very first thing to see if they were talking/texting at the time no matter the state law.

I voted Yes but I think it should be more just a wording thats included with the reckless driving law.
