Any info on distributors so us living in the middle of no where can request them of our local life fluid givers?

Well, if your looking for suggestions you can read my reviews and find some that are local to you and go from there.

If your in the SW:

Sierra Nevada
Alesmith
Lost Abbey
Firestone Walker
Lagunitas
Stone

Are all exceptional brewers in CA that are pretty well ditributed in the southwest as well as all over the country, so you should'nt have too much of a problem finding them.

+1 bazillion.

If you like Torpedo, don't discount the NG Hop Hearty, it's quite good, little lower ABV and cheaper.

I thought I knew some people who liked beer but you REAAAALLY like beer! I wish I could send you my favorite beer so you could describe it for me. I dont know all the terminology. It would be easier to find similar beers if I knew

Well in my defense (since in a way it's a bit...much), I have been into and writng reviews of craft and other beers for more than 13 years. Formally reviewing on and off since 2004. So I'm not just a drunk...really! Although my wife may argue.

Also, I am fortunate enough to have a local beer store that lets you mix and match sixers. As a result I have six new beers just about everytime I drink beer. That's about done though as I have exceeded the selection recently. I buy a lot of beer when I go out of town or state.

Steve-O, whats your favorite maybe I can find it, or gave already? And, if I haven't there's a good chance someone on BA has.

I need to open a beer store or bar.

its called Pointer Brown Ale and its actually made a little local restaurant. its making me drool thinking about it. To me it's exactly what I want in a beer. If I had one beer to drink the rest of my life that would be it....if I could marry it I would. I could always ship you a full growler lol

Maybe I'll make a trip down yonder for some.

Looks like the BA's got ahold of it. I'd recommend reviews by user: BuckeyeNation, that guy knows his shit. (direct link to his review below)

If you sort the reviews by "top reviewers" he'll probably be at the top.

By reading the descriptions of the beer, you really need to get youself a few Leinenkugel's Fireside Nut Brown. Has a lot of hazlenut and sweet malt flavors.

I'm sure you'd like it.
