1:24 is booking, Jon. That's well inside the advanced group. My personal best is a high 1:35, but 1:40 is closer to my comfort zone.

...I stay around 1:26-1:30...But one day, I was running 1:30-1:32s consistently...Unknown to me, the owner Borg (sp?) was out one in the group, too...Apparently, he follows people around and then comes to your pit and gives you tips (at least that's what he did for me)... Anyway, he gave me two huge tips that helped me improve my times tremendously...He showed me how to get 3, 4, 5 without hardly braking at all, and then blaze through 6... Also, I sucked at getting through 13-14...Once I got that combo down, I really got better... But I found the thing that helps me most is having a good breakfeast...Otherwise I get weak, tired, and shaky quick...I don't think as clear, and I know I'm not as smooth...Not a good thing when you're running around above 100mph!! And props to you 1:35 is a very, very good time for anyone out there....

Maybe thats why they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day
![]() You folks have incredible times, what does the average speed need to be to achieve those results?

I was averaging 1:46 when we stopped going. Never got where I wanted to be,
maybe someday I'll get back into it.

That's awesome!! I'd love to get to a track and learn to ride with such skills.
