Wow, not to high-jack Kevin's thread, but I agree that I always respect people that admit to fucking up. I like people that are up front. We ALL fuck up. "Oh Shit" moments only need another millisecond to become "Oh Fuck" moments.

Well, good news/bad news.

Good news - went over the estimate with the service guy and took off the barely-touched bits like the curb feelers. Got the damage down to $1K, bike should be ready in a week depending on parts.

Bad news - Girlfriend broke up with me last night, putting the cap on a really sucky week. Jenn, where do I sign up as one of your stalkers?

I'll post bike damage pics when I get over to the dealer with a camera.

Okay, Buttonwillow way cool track! The group I ride with usually has a suspension guy there who only charges about 30 bucks. Very worthwhile! My bike rides soooooooo much better since he adjusted all that preload and other stuff. Unfortunately, doesn't ride very good on the street, but I'll take whatever I can get! Not sure of the actual timing of my loops, but I know I did much faster after getting adjusted.....
