Meh, it's okay. Honestly, most of the Japanese 600s look.... ahem.... alike to me, at this point. I'd go with a Daytona 675 or a Duc 848, personally. Probably excellent to ride, though.

I have been a big fan of the 600's for years but lately they have gotten so small I have a hard time riding them anymore. I would go with a 1000 just to get a bit more room even though they are getting to be the same size as the 600's.

Yeah, I hear you. I rode a friend's NT650 Hawk over the weekend and realized my super sport days are well over (and that was a 20 year old bike!). The sloped seat smashed my balls into the tank and the ergos were just too ricky racer for me. I guess I have to stick to my old man bikes now.

May I suggest
If you like your cruiser, you'd probably love a Guzzi.

I rode a couple way back in the mid 80's. At the time I was not sure about the clutch level being tied to the side stand but could see it as a way to keep you from riding off with the stand down. I may have to look into one when the time comes.

Look for a well-sorted Le Mans from 2000-on, or a 1200 Sport. There is also the Griso. If I had the money I'd buy a California Vintage right effing now, those are beautiful.

The LeMans or 1200 sport or Griso would all work. I have a friend who's family owned a guzzi dealership at one time.

styling on this generation 600RR has gone downhill since 2007. the white/ silver and blue/silver looked great and i definitely preferred the side/lower fairings that they originally used. i don't like the engine being completely covered, especially since it's obvious that the bike wasn't originally designed like that
