Anybody got one of these? Can you give a review if you do?

I own that exact jacket, have had it for about 5 years now and rode in it for about 3. It came with a rain liner and a winter insert.
I think the quality and construction have been good. I haven't had any issues with the zippers hanging up or breaking and the snaps are all decent. The air coming through is really good, but I find that I have it be pretty sweaty for it to cool effectively - that said, I used it mostly in Okinawa and was always overheated anyhow. I never crashed in it and have no idea how it would hold up. I think the shoulder pads, back pads and the leather on the forearms would help protect you, but in the event of an accident I always viewed the jacket as disposable. I don't think it would stop a puncture wound. I noticed one of the reviews mentioned it was loose in places. The jacket has some adjustability, but not a lot. Be careful to get the right size or the pads won't fit your arms right - that's been an issue with mine since I always buy a size or two too big,

Thanks for the input. I'm not sure I'm in a position to take advantage of this sale, but that does seem like a good price and since I've lost 40 pounds since buying my last jacket, I do need one that fits better.

I'm not sure if this is a real sale or not. I don't think I gave much more for the jacket I bought - certainly not $300 and i don't recall it being on sale. I'm pretty sure you could go to a local bike store and get one for around the price you are seeing on-line.

Selection around here kinda sucks. The last jacket I found locally I liked and wanted was a Joe Rocket GSXR jacket @ $229. That wasn't happening. lol

I have a cortech jacket I bought six years ago, damn good jacket, no complaints on any level.
