One of my best friends that always likes to go on rides, wink wink, came over last night and I measured her dome. She is on the verge of a small and medium in HJC. I measured pretty tight so depending on her hair that day I'm guessing a medium would fit fine.

Medium is tiny! My roomie just got a new medium scorpion and it literally just sits on top of my dome. It wont even attempt to fit

My wife wears a Small in Arai (mine's a Medium and just slightly too big) but her Shoei was a Medium. She's got insanely thick hair. Not red queen quality - that's my daughter - but the Small put her chin sticking out considerably.
