Default New Scorpion EXO-700 and Frank Thomas XTi Gloves

I recently bought new gloves to replace my old motoGP gloves which I liked but after year round riding for about a year and a half they had holes in the thumb and a few fingers and the velcro no longer worked well.

I bought the FT gloves and they have Kangaroo leather on the palms yet not the annoying yellow that will get dirty from constant use. They are definitely sturdier and thicker than the motoGP ones and seem to definitely have a better build quality and for less than 90 bucks good deal. They have the Re-enforced knuckles and on specific parts of the finger. The wrist closure mechanism is a lot better designed. The palm has extra padding also and the guantlet comes up much higher than the motoGP ones. Overall I like them hands down over the motoGP.

The new exo-700 which mine is silver with a mirrored shield just looks badass, its quiety, the shield mechanism still blows, but finally you have the ability to barely crack the shield open and it not be halfway open and it seems to vent better yet doesn't seem loud at all. Overall I would definitely recommend it if you want to get a new helmet but don't want to shell out a lot for shark or shoie err however its spelled. Also the liner is still removable and has natural anti-fog shit applied which oddly enough the expensive brands don't necessarily have.

I'll put up pictures probably tonight or tomorrow.

Where did you buy the gloves from? I will likely need new ones by the end of the year and am starting to look now.

I just bought a new Bell Star helmet (Gobert replica) with a "light gold" mirrored shield. It got it's cherry popped this afternoon and I'm very happy with it. Bells run rather big, I'm wearing 1 size smaller than I would in an Arai or Shoei. Beyond that, it flows lots of air and is quieter than my RX7-RR was and is very stable (no buffeting, etc.) at very illegal speeds. And, the price was stupid.

I got the gloves from cycle gear but I get a military discount.

I liked price and I needed to get a new helmet now not wait for shipping so I bought it in store but I don't mind spending a bit more.

Never tried bells. Only KBC which sucked and Scorpion. The new EXO-700 is way better, I like the looks better and its firmer, fits better and is just all around better than the previous one.

You should probably be able to find the Frank Thomas gloves online for cheaper

I WANT YOUR GLOVES NAO! Those actually are really nice even for the non military discount price. I want the green ones. I have an in between hand size so its really hard to find gloves. Gauntlet larges are just a little too small and most xlarges are too big.

I have freak hands......

I wear mediums and one thing I like is that unlike my Astar SP2s and motoGP gloves they weren't stiff and needing a break in time.

Also the kangaroo leather is nicer, they are warmer and cheap. Mine are black but online you should find a green one. I would rate these better than my A* and motoGP gloves easily. They are cheaper than both and well apparently motoGP doesn't exist anymore of I've just missed seeing them.
