So, yesterday, while riding to work I found that I can either slab the 75 miles, or take 105 miles where about 60 of them are twisty, so I decided to try out the twisty section. Well, luckily I was taking it slow even though I was very familiar with these roads , when a school bus comes around a turn WAY too hot! I had yet to enter the turn, but was close, and the bus's rear end slides and drifts over into my lane, then the bus starts TIPPING TOWARDS ME!!! I thought my life was about to end.
So, my question is, I saw the number and the school district, should I call in and report the driver for being such a facking moron? Or should I Just accept it as another person trying to kill me and get over it? I normally wouldn't call it in, but if a school bus driver is driving like this, they need to be off the road and not carrying kids IMO. Your two cents? Or am I just going to consider this a rant and move on? |

As a parent I would call the number in. That could be your kid on the bus some day with that ass clown driving.
In terms of your own safety .. that would be your call really, but driving a school bus in such a manner is very irresponsible considering the reponsibility that driver carries. He needs to be reported. It MAY be that the bus suffered a malfunction, in which case the driver would report it on his return to the yard and in that case at least the bussing company knows that people care about how they operate. |
