To go hand and hand with the other thread...what bothers you the most when you ride?
My least favorite sensation is the "you're going to fast" internal alarm on corner entry. Sometimes I will go cooking into a corner and im fighting this uncontrolable panic instinct that arrives right as I lean in. My brain knows that I can toss it over and drive through the corner but every fiber of my body is telling me to straighten up and grab a handfull of breaks. Worst feeling ever...I can imagine that meeting the pavement feels worse but... I have lots of saddle time in some pretty crazy twisties and track riding and it still happens from time to time.

Most annoying thing for me (apart from the obvious ones like crashing) would have to be the situations where the speed and agility of a bike are being completely wasted by extenuating circumstances such as cagers etc. Especially when I'm on an otherwise awesome stretch of road.
I also HATE missing gear changes and/or shitty gear changes.

Speaking of cagers, I hate it when they look right at you and still pull out in front of you

I think it would have to be some sort of pucker moment early in the year, usually one of the first rides you take when there's still some cobwebs that need to be cleaned out after several months off from riding. Coming into a turn a little hot, having to swerve/ do a panic stop, the first time a car cuts you off, etc. I think the first unexpected gust of wind is a big one for me. A nice crosswind that you'd swear is going to blow you into oncoming traffic.

The instant you suddenly realize you are no longer in control.
