Oh and the weight of snow and ice on your flat roof makes big puddles from it sagging in the middle. Then it leaks!!! YAY!

I had a lot on a lake, I had it on the market for a great price, there were 68 acres down here for 65k, It had a powerline running through it, I could have financed it, but decided to wait until my lot sold, since nobody had looked at it in years, fuck no, sold just before my land. ok so then Im sitting around and find five beautiful acres. 35k, well its winter, and the business doesnt make shit then, so Im like fuck, same thing, nobody has looked at it in years, I will make an offer in another two months when work starts to pick up, sold, now it sells for 60k an acre
So there is a half acre lot, 28k, girl that worked for me and her deadbeat husband were trying to by it, right across from the lake, again, nobody had looked at it for years, i didnt want tobuy it out from under them so didnt make an offer, it fairly quickly, within two years was worth a half million.
