Default Motivational Books for Women?????

Ladiez out there I need some help! Or guys too if need be.

My mom has had a new burst in motivation recently. To get out of the house, be fit, and just really do things for her. She's been somewhat stuck in a house taking care of my step dad cause of his numerous medical conditions. He can be a real a-hole and gets mad when she isn't home. She had enough and joined a fitness class, bought her self a new vehicle, and has a really positive outlook right now. I'm super proud of her and want her to keep it up.

I'm looking for a book or books that are motivational. I'm hoping something that ties in with fitness but it doesn't have to. Religous ones are fine but they shouldn't be slap you in the face with the bible religious. Hopefully more geared toward women. I've tried to do some looking in stores and couldn't find much but I need to get out to an actual book store.

Any ideas? Thanks for any and all!

Looks like you got lots of help from the guys. I don't do motivational books, really. If I need motivation I listen to music that picks me up.

My mom got me a book a few years ago that had an empowering statement for each day of the year. It just has dates, doesn't match days to dates, so it's good year after year.

I can't remember what it's called though. We got new furniture and had to pack up the living room so the furniture that's staying could be moved around. it's packed up in a box somewhere and I haven't been motivated enough to unpack it (or anything else) and put everything back up.
