Default Jasonn's Brick Dedication Ceremony
On Sunday Jasonn's brick in the Path of Remembrance was dedicated during a ceremony at Levine & Dickson Hospice House. Many in Jason's family attended, including his son & daughter from his first marriage. Jake, his son, looks so much like him it startled me when I first saw him.

Both his children and few other members of the family were very interested in hearing about the forums and the people who were friends with Jason. His kids especially wanted to know all about it, so I told them everything I could or at least everything that was appropriate.

Jake told me that Jason used to talk about the "Leesta Clan" all the time, and that he would come home from work and jump right on the computer sometimes to see what was going on (most likely in the post something about the person above you thread).

His family told me again & again how much they appreciate the thoughtfulness and generosity of the forum members, for making it possible to remember Jason in this way at the Hospice house.

I bet if we could find a pic of Jason taken while he was his son's age, they could be twins. What a fine friend he was to all of us. . Not a day goes by that I am on here, or out riding , that I don't think of him and wish I had had the chance to shake his hand and say, "Hey Jase, I'm FIZZLEESTA!

His parents showed me lots of pics from Jason's childhood and teenage years, and his son does look exactly like him at that age.
