At least thats a start...but my Doctor relatives have people come into the ER that slip and fell and landed on a jar (it happens a lot) and just somehow the person is naked and the jar just happened to go up a certain hole. People lie to try and escape the truth all the time...I still think he tried some pleasure with the nozzle in the back of his semi cab.

For one all those cavities are separated by various tissue pockets that are pretty sealed off...so unlikely air into his butt would go up and around his chest. it would stay in his butt as that is almost all fatty tissue.

Well, once again, it wasn't up his butt; it was imbedded in a puncture wound in his buttcheek. I'm gonna guess that's not "trying some pleasure".

And there are two main cavities in the torso -- the abdominal and the thoracic, and while they are separated by the diaphragm, they are not sealed off, certainly not with regard to high pressure. So if the wound was deep enough for the compressed air to get through the muscle and into the abdominal cavity, it is easily believable that it would then inflate everywhere. I will guess that "twice his size" is an exaggeration, but I bet it sure felt like that.
