and why and how was the ferret out of a cage??? Also was the ferret not feed? And you need a license because they are exotic...LOL Since when!!! I hardly call a ferret exotic.
Just to take a side trip through time...in Texas int he 80's (not sure now) you could buy ferrets...nothing special...we had a few. When my father first started with the Gov a guy in DC wanted one...so my father bought one and put it in his carry-on bag...LOL It went through the X-ray and no one cared. |

several states require an extra license for them to be "exotic" pets now. ridiculous but that is the case.
