Had rented a house along the "wild mile" in bigfork montana, apparently the yard was "leased" to the city for the event, I was at work, and my roomate called telling me we had trucks parked everywhere, we had put up a rope and a sign with "no parking" so we could acces our driveway, of course when I got there cars n trucks were parked against the rope, so I pulled up and started yelling for whoever had such and such truck to move it so I could access my house, nothing, so I backed the old 68 power wagon up (jeepers creepers has always had effect) to the truck, proceeded to hook up logging chains, and it was amazing how fast that truck got moved by the owner at that point.
I am very recluse, I dont care if someone is growing puppies for human consumption next door, not my property, not my business, just dont fuck with my place or access to it.

Uh... Maybe the picture isn't clear enough then because there's no way in hell I could even get my Saab in or out of that without damaging either my car or his. There's a 7-8" high ledge along the side of the driveway then straight drop.

Looked like a standard curb if not much at all style of one. Looking at across the street shot. I've taken my Focus over curbs...but if its a big drop then yeah I can't blame you. Maybe just putting the Saab in reveres and ramming the car and then call the Police (ops you did not look as its your driveway and did not expect someone to be parked there). Of course an older vehicle with a real bumper comes in handy here, you ram and push your way through.

Either case the guy/gal will have to explain to the cops why they blocked your driveway...maybe you get a ticket, maybe not...and it might be worth the Insurance deductible as then word gets outs don't park there (assuming all these people are teachers)....then again I have a $100 deductible...LOL

I actually like my idea of buying a POS vehicle and parking it there, block your own driveway. Yeah you have to move it and move it back when leaving and coming...might be a pain and might get old but would be legal. That or start keying the vehicles...people tend to park elsewhere when shit happens to their vehicle. Same if you knife a few tires....although I do like blurrs letting out the air in the tires with a valve stem tool...also means they will not realize why it is leaking and need a tow if you do all 4. Plus easy enough to do without getting caught as hell your just tying your shoe should someone walk up....have your wife be lookout in the driveway sweeping or something. Also a small rock stuffed in the upper part of the cap works great as you put the cap back on the air leaks out, person probably will not look up in the cap even if they re inflate their tires so thus it will cause them grief for a little time don't ask how I know....LOL

I would do the valve stem idea, and call the cops at the same time. Dude is not leaving even if they happen to come out. Only do one tire, no slashes they will assume a nail not a loose valve stem. Best case the vehicle gets towed with a flat...double whammy to the person when they pick it up...most likely they will have to pay to tow it to a tire shop. Next case cop shows dude is changing the tire and questions the person in why they park there blocking someone in (they will say they just stopped to change a tire)...you will have pictures with time stamp of earlier before tire was flat....thus they are lying and cops hate liars. They probably receive a ticket to because they lied to the cop, ticket will be for blocking a private entry. Nothing gets the word out better to others in the school then a tow or a ticket.

Another legal idea be to get a handicapped wheelchair bound person that wants to make a few bucks. Have him with you contact the news and say how he is unable to get to his/her appointments because you drive him...and how they can not even cross the street as people block the crosswalk thus forcing them to roll down the street till they can get back on the sidewalk at another point. Trust me the local news would act fast on such an issue. Give the guy/gal a little cash for their troubles and bam you might of fixed the problem by bringing light to the issue...could even point out to the news that the police are uninterested in helping and I bet that would change with a news story on a helpless handicapped person. Plus I bet the news would contact the school board and the School Principle thus they will notify all the teachers not to park there...thus solving the issue for good.

You could also with the use of many online websites trace the plate, and mail a letter with the picture using delivery confirmation or hell signature confirmation to the persons address. That might make them realize you KNOW THEIR address too. Maybe put something like "how would you like it if I block your driveway one day so you can not get to work?". This be a simple one to do, and not too expensive if its the same vehicle always. I probably would opt for signature confirmation and actually take them to court if the issue continued by that person by having them served while in class at school by way of cop (if thats an option where you are at).

Out of all these, I vote for Valve Stem and call the cops. Unless you know a handicapped person because that would solve the issue for good by bringing light to the issue in a mass way.
