I used to have a plan that had 450 and then free nights and weekends. I hardly ever go over 50 unless me and the girl end up talking, but we usually just use skype or text instead lol

How weird! In Mexico only Nextel users get charged for incoming calls, the other carriers charge the caller party and the called party does not get charged at all.

A lot of people here have prepaid phones with little or no credit at all, they mostly receive calls (they are not charged) or text. Only "caveat" is that your phone can't be without credit for more than 3 months or the service will be cut.

I never get called on my cellphone, if I do not recognize a number I let it go to voice-mail anyways. I then listen to that and then call the person back. I don't get many calls as I do not hand out the cell number.

I either hand out the Google Voice number or the Magic Jack number.

I've already been getting spam calls for years. Course, I've had my phone number for almost 15 years now... so it's bound to happen, right?
