From what I saw, the victim was obviously incapacitated in a pile of trash. I didnt catch if he had already been beaten about the head but there wasnt a single blow that killed him originaly. Instead it incapaticated him enough that they could do more maniacal (sp?) shit.

Now I want you to pay attention to something, the man still has pain reflexes and that upgrades just how far down the drain he was. Meaning he wasnt nearly as close to death as youd love to think. Notice how he attempted several times to fend off the pain? Granted it was sparse but Ive seen much worse off people........but youd have to understand how the dying process actually works.........and obviously you dont.

Then with the screw driver, just what organs do you think they were hitting? Blood loss from lower colon tracts? NEGATIVE Blood loss from an eye socket? NEGATIVE.

Those were purely sadistic moves to see pierced body cavities and to attempt to mutilate anything they could after entering the abdomen.

Realizing that it wasnt so fun to aimlessly fish around in the guys sub navel line with multiple stabs from the screwdriver and the fishing around with it they thought maybe the fractured eye socket was a good idea? Too bad it had already been blown out with the hammer blows making it also an ineffective place to inflict more damage and pain.

What to do, what to do? Just finish the job with the small sledge hammer.

Looked like a dumping ground to me.........Definitely not something on the side of a "road" like youd like it to sound.

I have NEVER opposed the death penalty because I think "assholes like these deserve to live". I oppose it because it gets misapplied to people who do not deserve to be killed; it's too dangerous a power to allow the government to have over free citizens.

Compared to life without parole, it's more expensive, does not make anyone safer, does not deter other criminals, and does no rational good other than satisfying an atavistic revenge feeling. So I think it is instead a fair tradeoff to cage people like this, so as not to risk the lives of others who might have gotten caught up in the wrong place, assigned an indifferent public defender or otherwise railroaded, and convicted wrongly. DNA evidence has exonerated several people from death row, showing that the system does fail. Prison sucks, but getting killed sucks worse, and is completely irreversible. At least someone who is discovered to have been wrongly imprisoned can be released to the rest of his life, and some restitution attempted.

Since we've had this discussion several times before, I will not argue it further here. I have stated my case; you can state yours, and anyone who cares can decide which of us is making any sense.

Yup phil, subject guards, nurses, doctors and other prisoners as well as the threat of escape from these wack jobs, Good thinking phil, with video and dna there is almost zero chance of in yet another case, having the wrong people, not happening.

Admit it, you just refuse to give the government that ability (which they already have in almost every aspect of your life not to mention war) so its time for you to get rational bub.

I've seen it in the past, watched the whole thing and have no desire to see it again.

The worst one I have seen was a group of Muslims beheading a group of Russians, I believe. One tried running away but they tracked him down and shot him, I believe. I'm a little foggy on that because I couldn't really watch it.
