What I believe is the single most effective ingredient. Knowledge is power. I think it would become even more effective if the course was longer and involved a lot more practice drills. A friend of mine recently took the course and got her endorsement and even though she's equipped now with the knowledge, she sure needs more practice. I think they need to be doing more practice in controlled environments before you're done.

Most motorcyclist do need the MSF course and such but more and more preaching needs to be done to motorists, that's going to save the most lives.
