Garlic/red onion/sun dried tomatoes/sweet red bell peppers sauteed then a reduced brandy/cream sauce with quartered portabellini mushrooms and fresh rosemary served over oven roasted chicken breasts with a apple wood rub and the whole thing over rice pilaf! Mon, that was good din din last night!!

I brought this home from the German bakery in my tank bag today. It's a "Small" German Apple Pie. It's about 7" across, 3.5" high and had to weigh at least 4 pounds. I don't want to know what the Big German Apple Pie looks like.

Sweet potato fries are getting to be all the rage in our neck of the woods. They're healthy (sort of) and tasty! Easy to make at home too!
