I was a partner in a 24' MacGregor sailboat back in Southern Illinois. We docked it in Golconda and sailed it on the Ohio River! You think we didn't get some looks from the power boats and barges while we were tacking back and forth across the river?
Usually we would use the kicker and power up to Elizabethtown or Cave-in-Rock, raise the sail and come back.
