Turbulence Training with Craig Ballantyne is pretty sweet too. It gets intense.

differnt programs for different people for different uses, what works well for one, may not work so well for others, why that is never understood is beyond me.

Yeah, I think that's why it's good a few are being put out here. Try each one for a while, experiment, see what works for you.

Exactly

the protien supplement part was spot on however.

Nothing but nature gives true nutrition.

Creatine can sit on your stomach something awful too.

Personally, the only report I've ever read on creatine actually doing any good was helping burn victims. I tried creatine from AST Sport Science (the company that sponsors Skip Lacour) and the stuff from BSN (the company that sponsors Ronnie Coleman) and never really noticed any difference worth the $30-40 dollars a month (or less or whatever it costs) to do it.

Supplements are a billion dollar a year industry, and more often than not don't do crap for you other than make your wallet lighter. Chicken at $0.99/lb will always rock though.

You never noticed any difference with creatine? That's wierd. I just got back on a cycle of celltech and it's big nasty style....

But hey it's whatever you want to do. I really don't know if the protein powder is all it's cracked up to be. I believe I get enough protien in my diet cause im a meatatarian.
