I would like to hear the story, or see the incident report he turned in to his supervisor on how that fence reached out and grabbed their truck

He was making a delivery to the building in the background on the right side of the 3rd pic, which is on a hill. He left in neutral and didn't bother with the parking brake, went in and came back out to chase the truck with hand cart in tow.

And I even remembered to ask if he was delivering fail

The courier must've had a fail delivery by 10 AM How did that happen?? When I worked with FedEx they always drilled into us the "proper" procedures for securing a vehicle. If you didn't adhere to said procedures your termination was eminent.

he didn't adhere, ie. use parking brake on a hill

edit: oh and it was almost 11:30 exactly
