I love that the winters are mild, year round riding, I can carry a gun, practically no natural disaster risk, I can start swimming in my pool April - May to October, I can drive 1-2 hrs and be in the snow, I can be in the desert and in 1-2 hrs be in the forest, the lakes are breath taking beautiful ... lots to love about AZ  There are a few things to dislike ... 110+ temps, need oven mits to touch the inside of your car, ocean too far away, issues with illegals. But doesn't every state have it's issues.

I was in Phoenix in February of 1997. It was in the 60's and we swam every day. Went to the Grand Canyon and there was snow on the ground. If I HAD to live in AZ, I'd pick Flagstaff or Williams. Most like PA.
