Subdivisions must have been another song on the album; that song was from the Signals album. Working Man, oddly enough, was from their first album (in 1976!), which was before Neil joined the band. That first album was pretty much straightforward rock'n'roll, not much to really distinguish it; their drummer for that album was a fellow named John Rutsey. Neil joined for their second album, "Fly By Night", and brought not only his drum skills, but also his intellect and interests, and totally transformed the group into a uniquely visionary band.

The live album you're looking for is "All the World's a Stage".

P.S. At the bottom right of every post, there are four buttons. One fo them says "Thanks". That's the one you click to thank someone for that post.

^^^ Its pretty apparent that early on RUSH was just emulating Led Zepplin. If they hadn't stepped up their game they would have just been a good band that probably wouldn't have received much attention outside of Canada. Neil Pert made them world class.

I just looked it up. The album was "All the World's a Stage" It came out in 1978

"Subdivisions" was the first track on the Signals album. I have that album and its awesome. The song Countdown, which is the last song on the album, is about the maiden voyage of the Space Shuttle Columbia

I am disappointed by the lack of love for Mike Portnoy.
