Compliling a database

Okay kiddos Ive got a quest for the guests and members who cruze the interweb.

I myself need for a certain pile of projects in my garage right now...........a big ass spread sheet of all the sportbike fork/triple clamps combos out there


So any brand really..........HONDA, YAMAHA, KAWASAKI, SUZUKI, DUCATI........errr whatever really

Needed information.............. MUST BE USD FORKS

INNER SLIDING TUBE DIAMETER
Top clamp area diameter
Bottom clamp area diameter
Triple clamp offset in MM
Fork spacing at rebound adjuster (aka center to center)
Fork OVERALL LENGTH meaning cap to axle center
Fork axle space meaning what the distance is from fork bottom to bottom in clamps

and finally..........TOP CLAMP TO BOTTOM CLAMP DISTANCE/ STEM LENGTH

If anyone knows of any lists or compilations please snag and lets get a spread sheet going. I know Ill love you all for it.

all measurements over 150mm taken with a tape measure, below calipers. and my handle bar is in the way for proper top clamp measurements (hence the 'ish')

edit, oh 2007 ducati s2r1000 with showa forks. i believe these measurements hold true for all monsters 2002 (2001 s4's) through 2008, except models equipped with ohlins.

sweet but fork bottom to bottom means width from inner bottom across wheel to inner bottom

This gives you the rough idea of what the spacers would need to be to retrofit a particular wheel you like.

I understand..........but if you happen to frequent other boards that have spreadsheets with that information please copy and bring back.

Im head deep in some projects that Id like to fuck with but part of it is swapping front ends and Im trying to not end up with a bunch of headaches on the rake and trail by having shit offset compared to the rest of the bike.


So onward we go with trying to dig up some front end spec...........come on people..........PARTICIPATE.

I promise the build log will be worth it.........hehehehe

No, I have a couple projects I want to finish now that I have my new welding equipment coming in.

I dont want to make triple clamps though..........so If I can compile a bunch of parts list with good specs I may be able to pile a few different parts together and make this work.

I dont have a CNC MILL and while I want one...........I have some really cool shit I want to build first. I just dropped a fuck ton of money on this stuff........another 10G's is not how I want to spend my non existant savings when I get it back up.
