Current? Rossi, and Edwards. From previous eras I'd have to go with Barry Sheene and Randy Mamola, two guys who definitely liked to have a good time.

Yeah RM was a hoot, I know I am a old fart but I would still like to see some of these current studs have to compete on the same 500's that Rainey,Swantz, Lawson and Doohan had to ride, without all the TC etc. Those things were scary. I got to ride a early 90's 250 GP bike and that little phucker would try to spit you off in a heartbeat lol.

I admit I was a Hayden fanboy for a while. I was really happy to see him leave Honda, but it seems he may be fizzling with the new technology, which hinders his strong suits.
Now, I like to see Lorenzo do well. He has shown a ton of skill and determination in his racing for a youngster. How about who we hate?? Pedro-bot Stoner (bleech) and even though he is out of GP (I think) I can't stand listening to Biaggi. |
