The brakes are great otherwise. I brake hard enough consistently that Im wearing out my mastercylinder and its getting that "stiction" feel to it some days as the piston drags against the bore.

I have a brand new built from parts 07 R1 master with radial that is going to take its place just because.

This is totally dependent on heavy water...........maybe they do just drop out of the temp range so fast that they feel like they arent even there but the master feels so fucking soft its insane.

Today the bike feels great.

Well, you're a big strapping lad and I'd bet it was a Nissin master. With that combination and no stopping, I'd expect you to pull to the lever.

If you think it's mechanical, start with a bleed. PF makes great pads, btw. I don't think the 99s are too sensitive.

Yeah Im gonna pull the calipers and check pads to make sure I dont have a lip hanging over the top of the rotor creating any blockage they are 4 pad fronts though so I doubt it.

Turns out I had worn down the pads past their "grippy" compound. I know have a new set of 130 dollar pads and the bike is a 1 finger braking motherfucker.
