I bet I could(if I had the means) walk in that place with 7200 and still walk it out the door. The guy was basically begging me to buy it because the kick back meant he made his mark up on it. It just suxs that when I want something AND have the means to buy it this kind of deal is not there. BUT I do think that the way the economy is going as far as bikes are concerned there are at least 2 more years that these kind of deals might be out there Hell with Suzuki not bringing in any 2010 bikes it would almost seem to be that way for sure I have a year left on the R6 to pay off and then I am the one to rape some dealer on my terms lol.

My buddy Gornati was going to do the same today, offer 7500 but no admin fee as the kick back ends tommorow. Current plan is for him to buy it do the basic mods, clear alternatives, frame sliders etc. and then for me to buy it from him in about a year as my child support ends next March and a loan is paid off a month later. Bike might have 3K on it by then and will be polished to within a inch of its life as that is the way he treats all his bikes.

And of course I will ride it a couple of times in between

Thanks Mark,I just talked to Gary and he is going in tommorow with the cashiers check for 7500. The stars are aligned for this guy, his wife bought him a 1098 for a anniversory present 3 years ago it was right at 15K, he owns it for 3 years and of course mods it some with bits and pieces and has a cager pull out in front of him and with just minimal damage it is totaled and he gets a check for 15623 lol. So because I gave him a awesome deal on a 600 Ninja back when we were both in our early 20's he has a hard on to return the favor Fingers crossed lol.
