The more important question is:

What motors do you have access to, and what kind of parts do you have laying around?

I've always wanted to take a cruiser-type frame (not a cruiser frame, because they are NOWHERE near stiff enough), stuff a sportbike engine and suspension/brakes on it, and turn it into something that handles well, is SUPER comfy, lightweight, and handles nicely.

Something with like 3/4 of the ergos of a cruiser for comfort, 70% of the handling ability of a sportbike, and enough power to get you into trouble.
